How quickly can we launch?
Most treatment centers are fully branded and live within 2-3 business days. We handle the technical setup while you provide your logo and color preferences.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans?
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are immediate, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Starter includes a $2,995 one-time setup fee, and Professional includes a $4,995 setup fee. This covers white-label branding, onboarding, training, and getting you live within days. Enterprise setup fees are included in your custom quote.
What counts as an "active client"?
An active client is someone who has logged into the platform within the last 90 days. Alumni or discharged clients don't count toward your limit.
Do all plans really include all features?
Yes! We believe every treatment center deserves access to the full platform regardless of size. Starter, Professional, and Enterprise all include the same core features (rewards, analytics, risk alerts, outcomes tracking, etc.). The difference is client capacity and level of support/implementation assistance.
